How to book

The simplest way is to make a reservation online from the appropriate trip page by clicking the BOOK NOW button. Real time availability is confirmed straight away and card deposit payment goes through a secure server directly to the Trust Account.

Alternatively, you can call us on +44 (0)1722 716 167. Subject to availability, you can pay your deposit by Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Switch to confirm your place straight away.

You can also email us to confirm that space is available. To secure your place, please print out, fill in and sign the booking form and post it to us within a fortnight, with a deposit payment either by card or a cheque made payable to Kudu Travel’s Trust Account.

Once you book, we will send you further information about your destination and a confirmation invoice. The balance of payment is due 60 days before the trip begins. All bookings are subject to the booking conditions.

It is essential, and a condition of booking, that you protect yourself with a suitable travel insurance policy as soon as you book a trip. Follow this link for information on a policy available to UK residents. If you are already insured or are a non-UK resident, please inform us of your policy at the time of booking.
